Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective (for example, a glass jar broken during shipment), you must notify us at hestiashomestead@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, you may be required to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If approved, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If the original item is unavailable, a similar item of equal value will be provided at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.
Failure to contact us within the stated timeframe will result in the claim being denied.
